Ripoff, Kept My valuable baseball cards-claimed they sent them back

I sent 10 valuable trading cards to be graded with my credit card payment authorization. Graded cards are worth more than book value. They have two addresses listed on their web site. Of course I picked the wrong address. After calling long distance to the Post Office from Florida to Philadelphia, I actually found someone who located them and delived them. Grade My Cards is supposed to call when they received the cards.

A month after I originally sent them out, I phoned and they confirmed they had the cards, Although EVERY time I called the man seemed TOO busy and was not nice to me. A few days later an envelope arrived and inside were 5 of the 10 cards I sent to them. Missing was a 1968 Mickey Mantle that was my step sons. (I talked him into sending the card off), a 1960 Mickey Mantle, a 1909 Ty Cobb, a 1909 Walter Johnson, and a 1955 Phil Rizzuto. These are worth a small fortune.

Not only did he not give me a reason for returning the 5 I did get back. He was unwilling to look and see if he missed the others and just failed to include them in the return envelope. I am thankful I received back the two Babe Ruth's and the Michael Jordan Rookie back but the cards he returned were just thrown in a large envelope They could have been folded or bent. This is extremely unprofessional. I called them a few times and he blew me off. I e mailed twice and once he did not answer. The other time it simply said all cards were returned. I am helpless to do anything as they are not a member of the Chamber of Commerce and will not answer any more e mails.
