Local team games are blacked out for cord-cutting subscribers

I subscribed to MLB.TV because I have no cable, dish, etc. But because I live in the Pacific Northwest, all Seattle Mariners games are broadcast on cable, dish, etc. Therefore, they are blacked out. I cannot watch the Mariners or any other game that is broadcast over cable, dish, etc. MLB.com is discriminating with its blackouts against people who decide they don't need cable, dishes or whatever, and their inane 200+ channels. Maybe another lawsuit is in order?
