Ripoff no shipment of order no repsonse to requests for information regarding orde

I ordered a German Muaser from floridagunworks.com. I received an email stating that they would ship my order in 1-3 weeks. They charged my credit card for the purchase on 12/10/04. It is now 5 weeks later and I still have not received shipment. I have written them 4 emails and have not received any responses. I have also left messages on their answering machine at the phone number listed above. Also, no response. I have contacted my credit card company and am in the process of filing a disputed charges claim. They checked the usacomplaints.com and recommended that I check the site myself. I really appreciate their help and the information on this website.
