Took order, took money, created a ship label with UPS and didn't ship. They are liars and scam artists

Took order, took money, made shipping label, then didn't ship. Had tracking number, but lost in the system.interesting way to rip people off. Print label and then pretend it doesn't ship. UPS has record of label shipment, but it never reaches a shipping location.

To figure this out took hours on hold and lied to numerous times about the status.

These people are liars and scammers. Do yourself a favor and do not order anything with them. They are terrible and unethical to the limit.
