USPS Click-N-Ship
Ripoff don't use their online shipping service, tampa

Shops, Products, Services

Today, I used their online click and ship service to send a priority mail package. I had trouble with the printing of my label but after about 10 minutes of havoc, I managed to get a label out of their system. I checked my credit card status online just to be sure that they didn't charge me twice, and, just as I thought, they billed me twice for that package.

I gave them a ring and the recorded voice said I had to go to USPS.com. (And where after that?) I called another number and tried to press "0" to get a person to talk to but the system just said "goodbye".

I called again and somehow managed to get someone this time! They said to go to my account online to cancel the second label I have supposedly had ordered. (?) Then I asked when I would get that refund. She said they have to investigate which will take around HALF A MONTH.

I'm glad that it wasn't an expensive label, but to all shippers, I recommend just going to the post office or use FedEx or another alernative. Shortcuts don't always pay off.
