Possess a remove updates from 4-24-08 for $82.07 that I don't owe. My spouse in on the CPAP for cut anti snoring. I named on or about 9-25-07 and required that my energy be disconnected and fresh energy switched 10-01-07. Our landlord named and requested the energy be left on and used in their title. The ability was left on-but not used in their title. I've named and my landlord needs to. Was informed that my landlord had a need to send a notice stating that people where not at that handle. The latter was sent 1-31-08. I named on 3-31-08 since I obtained a statement for that $82.07. Was advised to send it again they didn't contain it. I went and got a duplicate of the notice which was faxed. I sent it again. Called 4-3-08 and spoke to Brenda she could not find the letter and asked me to fax it again to her directed number 1-91... Which she'd contact me and I would like to realize that she started using it. Didn't below from her and so I named again and talked to Leslie at ext. 1561 group 27 she discovered the notice and stated she'd credit my bill. Later that same-day Brenda named and quit a note on my device stating that she'd the notice which my consideration could be acknowledged. Named today to be informed they had no notice and so I requested to talk to a supervisor talked to 1 and was informed they didn't make errors and there is never a disconnected required and so I needed to spend it or my energy could be stop. Named and talked to Bernice a mature customer support that did discover the notice and stated that she couldn't assist me that the remove wasn't positioned but I did so obtain one.
