I just tried to order flowers as a VIP member. The flowers were $19.99 but when I went to submit order it ended up to be $63.00! How come? I tried to use my savings code BR8 and it did not equate in. I will not order again if this is how much I have to pay. As a "Preferred Customer" I don't think this was any bargain. Please respond. Janet Darling
