Kodiak Fire Protection SCAM and FRAUD - Do not get your work done and do not take monitoring services from them

This company will make you sign a 5 year contract for Alarm monitoring and fire protection services.

Then they will not send you the invoices purposely, and then one day you will receive a notice of Lien from them. If you call them and tell them that you never received any invoices they will call you a liar and tell you that they sent you the invoices.

They will then threaten you to pay the complete amount for the five years else they will foreclose on your property. They will threaten you that their attornies are very powerful and that your property will be foreclosed if you do not pay the full amount for 5 years, even if they have provided you service for 3 to 4 months.

I told them I will pay them for all the past 4 months and they said they want the full 5 years amount. I told them this is not fair, as they have not provided the service for five years, so how can I pay for five years. They threatened me on the phone and used profound language that they are going to put a lien on my property and foreclose it.

I don't understand what to do, I am ready to pay them the amount of 34.95/month for the 4 months of service they have provided but they are harrassing me to pay for five years in advance.

Please stay away from this company and the owner, he will call you and threaten you and used abuse you on the phone.
