This auctioneer and auction company are currently operating at 715 Miami Circle in Atlanta Georgia with a revoked and suspended auction license. You can easily verify this with the Secretary of State website. He has a long history of nonpayment to consignors and violations of his escrow account for personal use. He is currently under investigation by the Major Fraud Unit of the City of Atlanta Police Department (Investigator Sarah Chaffee) and his arrest and prosecution is iminent. He has numerous complaints filed with the Georgia Auction Commission (you can call them to verify this as well). This is not a reputable company nor it is run by reputable people. Beware.
