Usa art source they had auction here at carlyle hotel, we bought certified and authentic picasso, degas, and Dali lithographs which all turned out bogus

Shops, Products, Services

We were invited to an auction here in nyc at the carlyle hotel. (via mail) We didn't think fraud since the Carlyle is quiet reputable in our neighborhood. It was supposedly seized merchandise that they had to sell.

When we got home and wanted to reframe the artwork, we were told that they were pages from a book. We then took it to be appraised and were told that they are not authentic. Please stop these people from ripping off anyone else. They have i see from putting their name into the computer that they are wanted by lots of people. (scam.com) In short we are out $17,000.
