Do NOT order Ugg Boots from this site! Shanghai

I ordered a pair of Ugg boots on Nov 12th for my daughters birthday. They took the money out immediately, but to this day - the order still shows pending (18 days later)! I did recieve a confirmation that they were purchased from some 3rd party called csreason@sitecomplaint.com. A few days later I emailed them and explained that the order still showed "pending" and there was no way to contact this company. They sent an email back and said the order should be received in 7-10 days (that was on Nov 15th). Well... Never received and have gone back an forth with this POS 3rd party representative. I got fed up and called the bank and disputed the charges! NEVER again will I order anything from this place and will make sure that when you select "contact us"... There is actually a way to do this! Live an learn I guess. WARNING!!! Do not order boots from worlduggsonsale.com
