J.C. Company - John Cotner
I paid $800.00 for work that was not done on my home

I paid John Cotner (j.C. Company) $800.00 to make repairs on my house. Such as place gultters, caulk areas, install down spouts, replace damage shingles.

Once he received the money he never return to finish the work such as caulking, replacing damage shingles. When I call him, he said he is coming to fix it and never show up or say it is raining (there have been many days when it did not rain and he never showed up) now he has started to hang up on me when I call him. I don't know what to do now.
