The worst service eve

I wanted to do something special for my daughter, celebrating her being a wonderful 13 year old, so I took her to Glamour Shots to receive "princess for a day" treatment. We arrived at 4:00 and did not leave until 8:00. I wasn't too concerned about the time, though. When it was finally time to look at the pictures, I was astonished by the price of the pictures. I had intended to spend around $100, but ended up spending $400. I was a little put-off, but I felt this was a very special occasion. The salesgirl told me we would receive the pictures in about two weeks, even though they tell everyone it will take 4-6 weeks for the pictures to come in.

Well, we took the pictures on September 26. I called the store 6 weeks later to see if the pictures came in. The salesgirl said if she didn't call me, then that meant the pictures were not in. She said they only receive the pictures on Mondays, so to call back the next week. The following Monday I called back, and received the same answer. I was angry and said that I was not content with playing the waiting game. I asked wa I just supposed to sit around week to week and receive the same response. She promised the pictures would be in soon. I called back at the beginning of November. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and requested a refund. The manager, Cheryl, apologized for the inconvenience and said she was going to contact the lab immediately. She even offered to have 3 additional poses put on a cd, and stated she would FedEx everything to me immediately.

Two more weeks passed, and I still had not received anything from Glamour Shots. I called the store again, and asked to speak to Cheryl. A new manager came on the phone and said Cheryl no longer worked there, and that he would try to rectify the situation. I demanded a refund. He said he would look into it, and would call me back. About twenty minutes later he called back and asked if I wanted the pictures or a refund. I said I really wanted the pictures. He said he called the lab and that they would FedEx the pictures to me within 24 hours. At first I was happy with the service he provided. The district manager even called to apologize. Well, that was on the Monday before Thanksgiving.

I received the package on Friday. Brent, the manager, had told me he had ensured everything was included. Well, I opened the package and half of my pictures were missing! I was supposed to receive 2 poses, which included an 8x10,2 5x7s, and 8 wallets for each pose. I only received the 5x7s! This is just frustrating me to no end. I cried when I realized I was missing half the order. I spent a lot of money and time to receive the service I am due. I'm a law school student, and I am seriously thinking about suing the company for all of the trouble they've put me through. I just want to warn everyone... It's not worth all the hassle. Has wonderful service and prices. I will never return to Glamour Shots.

Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
