Double charges

We booked flight tickets through them. They cost our bank card twice. Whenever we named they talked to us in an exceedingly rude way. They assured they'd return the total amount plus over-charge costs our lender is receiving people. However they didn't return it and today they need more evidence of the over-charges. I sent them the evidence but still haven't seen back. Don't Utilize This Organization. Only rude scammers and rip-off designers.
