Shops, Products, Services

This company sent my company an invoice for $65.00; for Managed DNS back-up Business Services. This invoice looked very real and could be easily over looked if employee is not aware of your current vendors.

The paragraph This is a solicitation for the order of goods or services, or both, and not a bill, invoice, or statement of account due. You are under no obligation to make any payments on account of this offer unless you accept this offer.

It was cunningly deceptive on where it was placed in the invoice; this is clearly a deceptive act.

Definition of mail fraud: A crime in which the perpetrator develops a scheme using the mails to defraud another of money or property. This crime specifically requires the intent to defraud, and is a federal offense governed by section 1341 of title 18 of the U.S. Code.

I would highly recommend any one getting this invoice to report this company. I have included a link to reporting this company to Postal Inspection Services
