Pricing - False Advertising

Safeway has a wine sale going on, 30% off any bottle the cost $20 or more plus an additional 10% off when you purchase 6 or more bottles. There were numerous bottles with an inflated "regular" price for example:
the Rombauer charonnay is listed as regular price of $59.99!!! What a joke! This bottle normally sales in the $31-$32 price range. McMannis Cabernet noramaly sells for $8.99, during this so called sale they have the reagular price at $13.99! So if you take off the 30% plus 10% if you purchase 6 or more bottles you are almost back at the original price before they inflated the prices for this sale! Very disappointed and when I asked the wine service person, she agreed and said it wasn't them but corporate that sets the pricing and that she had received numerous complaints from customers. I then asked the store mananager and he said he wasn't aware of it. Do they thing we are stupid. It is deceptive. Not exactly false advertising but inflating the price before a sale to call it a sale, what do you call that???
