Cussed me off during a customer service call

I'm an old woman now and I'm in my eightys. I was very frustrated when yesturday I called mcafee customer service. I told the man on the phone I couldn't get the mcafee product I had just bought to install. Then he started yelling at and calling me all sorts of names like b word and he said f that old grease. I cried.
