This is a phone payment vendor for alot of carriers. They gladly take your payment but do not apply it til your service is cut off and you complain.

They tell you either their or the carrier systems are doing maintenance, but when you call the carrier no such action prevents your payment from going through. You are at their mercy til they decide to pay.

If you go in to the store to complain you are certain to get into a screaming match and then have the cops called to throw you out and they still don't pay your bill.

If you pay your bill before it is due they use your money to pay someone else's bill that they already let get turned off. They use deceptive business practices and should be shut down.
