Ripoff Placed order charged my credit card & never shipped

I placed the order through www.advalean.com (they have another site: www.ideallifestylechange.com) On October 12. The following day my credit card was charged. They also sent me an email saying that it was shipped on the 13th.

On the website they claim you'll receive the product in 2-7 days. On October 16 I sent them an email to follow up. No one replied so I tried to call on October 18.

I got a message saying that the mailbox was full. I checked my email later that night and got a message giving me another email to try. I sent an email to that address and no one replied.

I tried to call again the next day and got the same thing. I sent them another email threatening to dispute the charge and report them. Still nothing. So I disputed the charge and luckily for me I won't have to pay for it.
