Theft pure and simple took my money and produced no goods and fobbed me off!

In June I purchased a rather expensive bunch of flowers from a florist promising same day delivery. My 105 was duly taken by Paypal but the flowers never arrived. Following calls and emails, an email finally came back and it was due to the driver being stuck in traffic so they would be delivered tomorrow by the owner.

Tomorrow came and the flowers again didn't show up. Again calls and emails made, excuse of moving shop given and that they would be delivered the next day to the home address.

Tomorrow came and unsurprisingly no flowers. This time though all calls, emails and texts were ignored and I have not heard from them since despite constant attempts.

They have a very nice website, still functioning and still showing their supposedly old address offering very nice flowers: www.tom-flowers.co.uk DO NOT GET LURED IN!!
