I've worked for Victoria's Key long enough to see the supervisors don't handle all workers similarly, nor pay attention to exactly what the workers need to state, or do they worry about their workers security. On numerous events I along with other women have experienced to go out late during the night by ourselves however they need us to experience "secure". I have overheard supervisors gossiping and criticizing both clients and workers. The store-manager Monica may be the worst. Every couple hours we're designed to create a particular amount of cash but Monica treats every client as only a purchase and he or she freely claims it before clients. I WOn't store at my very own shop simply because it horrifies me. I have also repeatedly requested the supervisor to timetable me for several times to suit my college routine however they dismiss it and maintain arranging me once they understand I can't function that day-so due to that today they've cut my hours right down to a couple of times per week once they understand I've a household to aid. It is absurd. These folks don't worry about their workers or clients simply their cash. It is a disgrace, I believed the corporation could be above that, unfortunately I had been incorrect.
