Ripoff rebate

I bought T-Mobile famility plan from they. And in the contract I should get my rebate at 09/30. And tody 10/23. I still did not get it.

The company name has been changed to Infomedia Consulting Corp although they locate at the same place and doing the same business. But they claim they have nothing to do with the old company. And give me phone number of the person who works for the old company. Whose last name is chen. And is a lady. Said will put the rebate check in the new company one week ago. Today I check with the new company. They still don't have it.

I am not sure wether there will be a rebate check or they just fooling me around. The cell phone of the lady always turned off.

Some day she could just get rid of the cell phone just like her company phone and telling no longer in service. And You just can't find her anywhere.

This is real irritating
