Aloha Vacuums ripoff worthless high priced Bernina import junk!

My complaint has two levels,
first: the vacuum cleaner dealer that sold me this worthless high priced Bernina import junk!

A $600 dollar vacuum that is not any better than any $60 dollar vacuum i've ever owned. Every time I use it the rubber band that drives the roller melts in half and stinks up my house with the smell of a burning oil field. The dealer told me with the hepa filter it cleans the air while i vacuum. HA!

It only pollutes the air when ever I turn it on.

He told me if I didn't like it to bring it back so I did.
Then he said I could only trade it in on another vacuum.

"like what" i said "this is the most expensive one in your store." so he said he would give me a credit of $200 toward the purchase of somthing else. Ok lets see if i got this?

I give you $600 dollars for this junk and you give me $200
to buy a $400 vacuum that sells at walmart for $89.00
so now Im into you for $800 and change for an $89.00 vacuum cleaner. Have I got it.

I would rather throw it thru his front window
but then I would have to go to court and he would
sell the thing to someone else.

Every thing in this guys store is marked up 150% HIGHER
then sugested retail price.

My advise would be to never buy a vacuum from one these
small specalty vacuum & sewing shops there all
high price scam artists Check prices online before you
buy and you will see they're more than twice the price.

Next is the mystery vacuum cleaner co. "Bernina" supposedly a well respected name in sewing machine industry so I looked at the literature that came with the vacuum. No address, no phone no. No web site nothing, they too must be aware that the product is substandard, if you can't find them then you can't return the product.

SO never buy a product when the manufacture is concealing
their location, corperate head quarters. Phone no. Or
some avenue of satisfaction.
