I started out with horrible service from this company. I sent out a jersey to be framed and what I thought to be a simple process turned into what seems to be a nightmare. First this company had my apartment number wrong, it had to be shipped to Maryland (where I live) only to be sent back to Florida for a new label to be put on. To get some answers even took some work because i spoke to everyone different and everyone kept giving me a run around or didn't call me back with any information about the tracking. So that took up more time than they had told me. 3-5 days to have it framed and shipping, took almost two weeks. When I finally received the item THE GLASS WAS CRACKED! So I got on the phone with them right away to see about a solution for this taken care of. Of course the ups had to be involved as well for the damaged claim. It was a run around all over again and i couldnt get anyway to care enough to help me in that process, I was upset and angry as i kept calling for some answers.By the luck of the draw i was down to my last nerve when i called and made my concerns to Mr. Gerard clarke. He understood, actually did what he said he was going to do and followed up with me! How awesome was he, no one else in the company did that for me. I know around the holidays being stressful and i tried to be patient but if it wasn't for him I would still have the problem. I am very grateful for his services and professionalism. If i have to order from this company again I will surely to contact him because of his customer service. I couldn't thank him enough! If i were to rate him, I would give it 5 smiles, but since its the company I will only give it three as a overall rating. What usually takes about a week took almost 2 months. Thank Mr. Clarke for the extra two smileys, if it wasnt for him it would be one.
