I had a problem with my order. It seemed to be taking a long time and I had no contact from the company tell me what the problem was. I called and Gerard Clarke from customer service handled my problem. He called me back right away to let me know my statis and then gave me emails every couple of days updating me. I have had this experience in a long time. I felt that he really handled the problem and did not just push it aside. I am very happy on how he handled my problem. He was very nice and considerate and professional. He is a great asset to their company!
