This company has thus far tacked on late fees to just about every bill they've sent us. Paid on time or not doesn't seem to matter to these people at all.

When we sent them photocopies of the checks we paid them with that were paid on time, to resolve the issue, they continue to send these bills with late fees on them. They fully expect us to pay these.
