4 Phone calls and 2 weeks - No resolution

Purchased a tour thru Livingsocial with Wine Country Trails by Horseback in Temecula, CA. Called to make appt and Wine Country said that only one 1 Wed. Tour was available. I called them back pretending to be a new customer and they had every Sat. With 4 tours each available. Vouchers only good for Wed.

I called Livingsocial and was told Wine Country couldn't do that and the issue would be resolved in 24 - 48 hrs. It's been 2 weeks, I've called them 4 times, and they are still "investigating".
