Ripoff keeps billing me for service discontinues for two years plano texas

I discontinued service with MCI in February (due to my business lines going down about once per month). I received my final bill which I promptly paid. I then received a statment showing I had an $11 credit because of a proration on the cancellation. I have called about three dozen times trying to get a refund.

I am always promised that they will look into and get back to me. Every month I get a bill from them for a $5.00 minimum usage charge. My $11 credit has now turned into a $120 charge.

Now I have collectors calling me and threatening me over not paying the bill!!! I've spoke to MCI until I'm blue in the face— I've given up on my $11—I just want them to leave me alone!
