Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing on free aol membership they will bill you even if the service not in use nor will they contact you after non usage and still bill you

I signed up for America Online now for a free 30 day trial period about 6 months ago. I used it for for less than a week and never signed on from then. Today - May 16 They're sending me an outstanding bill due to the service and usage that wasn't used in the last six months. The operater NISHA, even mentioned that there was no usage on it but still managed to charge me the service charge. Unfortunately for them I canceled my credit card 3 months ago and somehow they decided to take it to collections without my notice. I did not receive mail or any form of notification of my billing. I even asked her, if there is a record or any proof showing that you contacted me or tried to make contact? No there isn't. What kind of service are they offering? She doesn't understand that AOL's is an unethical business without moral even though she admitted that there were no usage in the last 6 months.
