I had the misfortune of hiring Attorney Richard C Gilbert of santa ana / costa mesa.

This guy is a theif. Be forewarned be he will lose interest in your case the moment after you pay him the retainer.initially, He will say anything to make you believe he will get some stellar outcome. As the court dates get closer or as it comes time for him to perform he will suddenly change his tune. Then all of a sudden he requires a lot more money than what was promised. And ultimately the results are junk.

Basically he uses a form of bait and switch. He is the type of guy would gladly cost your business tens of thousands of dollars on a worthless goose chase just so he can make an extra 300 bucks. When he showed up to court I was actually embarrassed that someone with his attire was representing me. The guy dressing like Bozo the clown couldn't have helped in court.

After my extremely unsatisfactory results I did some research on this guy. Albeit it was too late by this point and I should have done it earlier. I see no evidence at all that this guy has ever been to Harvard as he advertises.in reality he went to an unaccredited university. He's not a Navy seal. Or any other yarns of that nature. I wouldn't have minded all the lies if hehad been a competant attorney. He's just some guy who learned to use the legal system to rip off his own clientele with false promises.

I would have been better off throwing my money down the drain and at least saving the aggravation of using Richard C Gilbert.
