Company & Richard Greenberg, - online legal services, the bigest online rip off of lawyers

I'm very turn off to online purchesses now. I will most likely never buy online again. Richard Greenberg californiacompany.com is supossed to be a online legal compay that processes you new company paperwork with the right goverment agencys. Making filing for a non profit or corporation much easier. This is not so not only is there no customer service personal there is no one ever in his office.

Richard Greenberg and his company has been paid in full and has not completed (to this date 2 months now) my process (Transaction ID 46840871).

I tried to contact his company californiacompany.com but have not been able to speak to much less recieve an e mail to try to address my problem. It is as if his company does not exist. I have been down to his offices (no one there, ever) I have tried to call to speak to someone in custumer service and all I get is an answering machine (for over 2 months now). I'm at the point of taking his company to court to try to retrive my money that has already been paid to his company.

This (californiacompany-Richard Greenberg) is most definitly a fake and a rip off. Now I will have to chase down my money though the court system (that is if I could find him at all). This also leaves a very bad online experience of which I will never attempt again.
