Ripoff

I purchased this scam called Sentricon from BugHouse Pest Control in Greensboro. Since Dow Agro was backing this so called baiting system, I thought it would be a great investment.

Their so called certified service technicians take about 5 long minutes to check all of my stations. This kid carried his cell phone with him the whole 5 minutes he was at my home just laughing away with my hard earned money. When he left, I went to check a few of my stations myself. 3 out of 5 that I checked were full of termites. I called the office and was directed to a Mr. Rev. Dennis Mitchell. I explained the situation to him for help. He was very rude to me. Told me that I had no business checking my own stations to begin with. What? I bought the stations, and I demand that they be checked properly. I told him that I was going to call Dow Agro, and he laughed at me.

I tried calling the owner Mike Prosperity. He refused to talk with me, and directed me back to Dennis. He kept avoiding my phone calls. What happened to customer service? They have no problem in increasing my bill, which they claimed I had a locked in price, but when you try to get help or need anything, they avoid you.

I wish that I had never even heard of BugHouse Pest Control now. I'm sure that my home has termites now. Thanks to this hard working company. LOL This company is clueless in this type of service. I don't understand how Dow Agro lets them get away with abusing their name and products. Now I wonder if Dow Agro's products are even worthy to begin with.

Mr. Rev. Dennis Mitchell or whatever you call yourself. Their are more companies out here in this area that I will call since you can't find time to talk to me about this like a person. Which by the way, bragging about all of your training and experience means nothing if you don't know how to apply them to begin with. Next time you give a sermon at your church, preach about honesty and trustworthy people. Something that this company knows nothing about.
