Memberserv USA is not paying it's cleaning crews

Our company signed up with Memberserv USA (R. Avery Stone) for cleaning service to our company building. A cleaning crew showed up and did a stellar job for us.
But, three months later, the cleaning crew has not been paid by MemberServ, even though we have paid all the invoices, and MemberServ will no longer return our phone calls or emails.
Our cleaning crew, which we like, has no money and will have to stop coming to our office to clean since they aren't being paid. We are stuck with the contract and as you can see, we are not the only one. This is a criminal act and it is a tragedy what is happening to these cleaning folks who work hard to try to make a living.
Our company will be taking this issue to the highest authority we can.
