Having worked closely with 3LINX and Mr. Kashif Raza for a period of time, I can unequivocally state that he is at best a deceptive and manipulative character and at worst a liar and thief.

3LINX did manage to do their job quite well *most* of the time. They are a small family business.

When it comes to money, everything is handled by the billing department (which is one person). It is this so-called "billing department" that the other poster references that is a huge problem. 3LINX routinely sneaks extra charges on to the bill. Minimums and/or prices are also usually raised a few months into the deal. When we switched away from 3LINX, my new provider said that we were the "third or fourth customer to come to them from 3LINX for pretty much the same reason". We were told that another customer even had their inventory held hostage.

It is reasonable to assume that Mr. Raza while both well educated and well spoken is entirely complicit in the aforementioned billing fraud.in short, I strongly against advise working with 3LINX. There are just far too many other 3PL companies out there to risk your business with these guys.
