Inc. Rip-off! Start of david moving co ripoff - license must be revoked

I ordered the moving service from Star Of David Moving Inc. At the rate of $2.65/cubicft with free 3 wardrobe boxes (45 cuft) and big furniture packing etc. I went over the list of items with sharon many times and understood what item is taking how many cubic feet? My list of items and her items were matching with exactly 668 cubic feet that includes many boxes. I also make sure with her that I might have few more U-haul boxes.

She said that't not a problem it will cost you extra at the rate of $2.65/cuft. I also make sure with her that can I take few items from the list to adjust extras. She agreed on that too I scheduled 27th Sept (Monday) for pickup but they requested to show up at 11:00 AM on Sunday 26th sept.

1. Guys arrived late by 4 hours.

2. Asked me to sign every paper before even looking any stuff etc.

3. Start loading the stuff so slow, they were taking really long time.

4. When I asked to get my free wardrobe boxes to fill with my clothing etc, they told me that they already used these boxes and filled with the items that were in the inventory list. I aksed them how do fill my cloths etc. (I paid 45 cubic feet for this space and for those times cubic feet I paid in inventry list that you guys put in my free boxes)

5. I also found 22 cubic ft extra calculated towards 2 Almiras, I explained them that if you do not give me 3 wardrobe boxes then 45 cubic ft of clothing I need to put in other boxes as you used 45 cu ft with my other already paid cubic ft items. So 22 45=67 cuft of boxes. And both understood and agreed.

6. It is about 7:45 pm, I ordered pizzas and drink for them. Mean while they were packing my sofa. They had pizza and after that he start verifying the list etc. And after calling someone in foriegn language, he came back shocked me by telling that they will load rest of the stuff if I agree to sign and pay $750 extra. When I asked him why? He told me that his boss think that I have extra items and boxes and he will charge by item (???) not by cubic ft. Etc.

I clearly refused and asked them to unload my stuff. I felt so helpless when they refused too unload the truck. I called the police but by that time they ran away with my stuff. They did not give me a copy of the contract also. After that my atorney is communicating with them, I paid more than half of the orginal amount and still waiting for my stuff. I have no clue when I will get my stuff.
