Ripoff, sold ad on magnet for businesses in area—1 year later still no magnets

We are a business in North Georgia and this company contacted us in September to buy an ad to go on a magnet. We try to do as much advertising as we can and have seen these magnets for others in our area so we agreed.

I have called the office in Texas 25 times and have gotten no where. I was told the CEO's name was Rhonda. I ask to speak with her every time I call and am told she is not there, and that she will call back. I have actually spoken with her two times out of 25 times. I have been told by person answering phone that our magnets are at print, in the mail, will be mailed tomorrow, never were printed... Etc... This has been a real headache to deal with. We did pay in full in October of last year after recieving a proof for the ad. I have requested a proof of the entire magnet so I could see what other businesses in our area were scammed. I, of course, did not recieve that either.

I have sent a certified letter, and filed a report with the Sherrif's Dept. But nothing has been done. I have not filed suit because I was told it would have to be done in the county where the business is. Well that would mean in the end the cost of suing them would be more than what we originally paid for the magnets. Rhonda actually told me this one of the times I spoke with her. They know we cannot do anything because the costs would be greater than what we are out right now.
She agreed to send my money back, and it has also been "in the mail" about 4 times.
