National Home Assemblers
Ripoff Work At Home Scams Promise to pay you $400 Never get paid

Business & Finance

My daughter responded to a local ad which offered to pay $400 to make magnets at home. You had to pay for the starter kit which included the supplies to make one magnet along with the instructions. At that point, you could buy the supplies from them to make your first unit, or you could purchase your own supplies. My daughter chose to purchase her own supplies since it cost less to do it that way. After you make the first magnet with the supplies from the starter kit, they give you the option to have that magnet inspected for an additional $12.00 fee.instead, my daughter proceeded to make all of the magnets and send them in. The company rejected her magnets stating that they were not acceptable. It cost an additional $15.00 to get the magnets back.

Then she purchased a sample magnet from the company for another $12.00. She did the magnets over again and they looked just like the sample magnet they sent her. The company rejected the magnets again. This time they sent a letter stating that she didn't follow their instructions by sending one of her magnets for inspection before she sent her total unit. They never told her this before. That is why she purchased their sample, so that she knew exactly what the magnet was supposed to look like. Now it is going to cost another $15 to have them send her magnets back to her again.

This company is a rip-off and I would encourage everyone looking for a work at home deal to stay away from National Home Assemblers.
