Disappointed

I ordered a Breville juicer in early August that was listed as "in stock" by Ira Woods. Close to 3 months later I am still waiting for this item. My question of why the item was listed as in stock when that was clearly a lie have not been answered and I am not able to cancel the order as I will incur a cancellation penalty charge. I have never been so disgusted with a company before and will never order from them again.
