We ordered an item on line that didn't say that it was out of stock. It was then it was back ordered. After 3 months of lip service we canceled our order. Received an email even stating that our order was canceled. Now it's been 2 months and we have not been reimbursed. Contacted BBB and credit card company to go after company for my money!
