You realize most of US previously has run into crisis, and companies do not care. We're just one in vast amounts of people, plus they, (DUKE ENERGY) aren't any distinct! I'd a 400.00 statement due on march. 2. I settled the entire quantity on Sept. 28th 2012. Bill states 194.00 settled, or my support my be disconnected. I settled the entire quantity about the 28th. Therefore obviously they still disconnected my support. Since it wasn't within their workplace, and refined, I'd had no energy for a day. I forgot to say that I attempted to exhibit the technology just before departing the statement was actually compensated. She didn't care. It wasn't on the publications, thus not compensated. They'd 6 times to report the figures within their methods, and lastly did so. Not till they charged me another 200.00 buck reconnection charge, obviously on my next statement! They're the only real organization of this type, or I'd change instantly. There's no body within the customers account. I dropped two freezers saturated in food, dropped a costly lizard, and also the psychological suffering of the entire experience. Plus they still have more of my hard earned cash. This is the way a trillion-dollar organization makes their cash. Ripping off its customers. DUKE ENERGY, declined to provide me the organization telephone number to make contact with them. They don't contain it! Really? No-contact number to get a customer. How silly I'm!
