This fraudulent company sent me the wrong color of the product I puchased and cancelled my account, unable to contact them of the mistake

I recieved the handbag that I puchased but It was the wrong color that I had ordered. I tried to contact the company by logging on to the website but was told that my account had been suspended and I would have received an email to let me know how to unsuspend it, which I never recieved. I have no other way to contact this company because I didn't take any other information down from the website. I only have the address that the package was mailed from. I would appreciate any help that you may me able to give.
