I ordered Birkenstocks from a website called www.buybirkenstocksandal.com. I ordered from this website because it looked legitimate and carried the product I wanted for $40 cheaper than what it would have been if i had ordered it from the official website. I figured it was a site similar to ebay. However, when I recieved my product, it was a men's birkenstock as oppossed to women's - it was the wrong style, color, and I'm not even 100% sure it's real. There is not a real return address on the shipping label and anyway it's from Shang Hai China - and I'm pretty sure the "contact us" button is just there for customer satisfaction/trickery and doesn't actually lead to a real person checking the email as I've "contacted" them 3 times, the third threatening legal action. I'm very frustrated as $80 is way to much to lose to something ridiculous like this.
