This ruthless predatory company is a sham and an insult to ethical business conduct everywhere. They lure unsuspecting customers in with falsely advertized low prices and then they not only rip you off, but they take your belongings and hold them hostage. The customer service reps are well prepared for customer complaints and they will lie to you with no hesitation. Company works out of a virtual office and has multiple phone numbers that all go to the same place. They will not even give you the names of the people who the company and the customer reps refused to give us their last names.

They have my things and are holding them hostage and have stopped answering phone calls and they refuse to return voicemails and they refuse to return emails. Company arrived late for pickup and have been holding our things for over a month, and before they stopped responding to us they were telling us a different lie *each* week about how "how truck should be here any day now". These people are professional con artist hustlers and they play very dirty. They will put you on hold for 30 minutes and then hang up on you.

They will lie to you repeatedly and each time they will claim to have no memory of the lie they told the very next time you call. Then eventually they will stop responding to you altogether. Its scary to me that these kinds of companies even exist. All I want is my stuff back. I will do anything to hold these people accountable and get my stuff back. The owners of this company deserve to be locked up so they can't victimize any more unsuspecting customers. Do not do business with these people. They are thieves and liars with no conscience or ethical standards for their behavior.
