Lied about delivery dates, overcharged for move, holding my possessions hostage!

Nationwide contracted out my move to an even more unreliable train wreck of a company, Olympic Moving out of Skokie IL. Nationwide PROMISED to have my delivery to me in my new home in Las Vegas ON JUNE 4th. They sent Olympic Moving to pick up my shipment from Cleveland on May 25. It is now June 19 and the ENTIRE CONTENTS of my home are still no where to be found.

I continue to get the same story from Nationwide AND Olympic every time I call to check on the status of my shipment - truck not available, driver not back from another delivery, my shipment is next on the list, etc. Etc. At this point Olympic has completely stopped answering their phone and I am unable to get a hold of anyone at all. No one will not return calls or messages and every extension goes to voicemail.

I have no idea where my shipment has been, or is currently, when it will get here, and what condition it will be in if it ever does arrive. EVERYTHING I OWN, every last one of my belongings, has been missing for weeks. I have been LIED to repeatedly, about delivery dates, costs and fees, & anything and everything else.

On the rare occasion I do actually get someone to answer the phone, all they do is blame each other - Nationwide says it's Olympic's fault, Olympic says it's Nationwide's fault, etc. Etc. I have filed or plan on filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the American Moving & Storage Association, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, the Department of Transportation Office of the Inspector General, and anyone else I can.
