East West Moving & Storage came to our home in Washington State and packed up our belongings to be shipped to Mississippi State. Two weeks went by, and upon calling them, they stated our truck of stuff weighed 5000 pounds heavier than the estimate, and that they wanted an extra $5000 on top of the original quote. They refuse to deliver unless we pay them half of their inflated price. They initially refused to provide weight receipts, but have since faxed something totally made illegible.

They also refuse to allow us to see our belongings. If we want to pick them up ourselves, it will cost roughly 2 TIMES the amount quoted. Somehow, supposedly, our stuff ended up in California, only problem is we can't verify it, and they have a warehouse in Washington state also.

We have yet to see our belongings, they took our things on November 1st.
