Poor packaging, customer service, credit card fraud - breyer horses

Models are packaged in boxes too small, resting on their ears. They are marketed towards collectors, but are not treated as such when shipped. No packaging or padding whatsoever and then you claim no responsibility if broken/damaged. Poor return service - i had to wait over 1 month, send several emails, and finally sent a strongly worded one before i go the retrun label. Would not refund my $, woulnd not accept return without their retrun label. Cannot access member section of website and I'm paying for it! Have had 4 credit cards hacked within a day of card being used for purchases from this company. One card was brand new, never used, except with this company. The standard "check our security page" does not cut it. Check your member fourums as others are posting the same issues. As a once loyal customer I am seriously rethinking future purchases with this company.
