I ordered one set of three Genie Bras off a Television informercial for $59.99. (1-800-511-0375) The offer was buy one, get one free plus postage and handling. I received the order - not sure about the date but found 6 packages of three. They were the wrong size. I called Customer Service (1-973-287-7514) on 7/26 for a return label. Richard was to send me a retrun label via my e-mail address. I received an e-mail but the label evidently was in an attachment that could not be accessed due to it was not coded right and it was damaged. I called Customer Service on 8/1 to ask a return label be sent by mail and after giving my phone number I was disconnected and did not receive a call back. I called on 8/4 when I got my Visa charge of $257.91 again hoping to receive a return label via mail and was told the only way it could be sent was by e-mail. I received another package of three several days ago. This mercheant has designed its promotion to confuse and make it almost impossible to adjust an order depending on it confusing a customer into ending up with a charge of almost 3 times what was expected. Reviewing their web sites you can find this offer for buy one get one free at $59.99 and a 60 day money back guarantee. The rate it is going my 60 days are going to be up on September 4. I will immediately notify my Capital One Visa to protest this unauthorized credit card charge. One other point - I sent my complaint to customerservice@productsontv. Tv starting on July 26 thru 8/3 and Verizon cancelled further attempts to deliver it.
