Easy fixes to increase sales!

Management intervention needed! Hire sales people that have a desire and ability to pay attention to CUSTOMERS, HELP customers and respectfully represent Hollister! Read the reviews as I am not alone in this message. Love the clothes... HATE the dark cave lighting, blasting music volume and most of all based on my trip to your Saugus, MA store - The sales people are bored of the customer and work. You need to hunt someone down to get simple help to open up the dressing room or to pay for clothes!!! The workers (ha) just want to flirt with each other and chit chat and text! No awareness that there are customers in the store!
