TWX renewed 2 magazine subscriptions without any notification on an EXPIRED credit card. Unable to reach anyone - would not allow me to wait on phone, hung up on me. Made me leave a message. Already waiting one hour for callback.
Website cancellation is cumbersome as they make you answer about 5 new offers before accepting a cancellation. Must do it separately for every single magazine. Took over an hour to cancel 2 subscriptions, and I will call credit card company to make sure. Stay away from Time Warner, RIPOFF artists.
