Unethical business practices - DISHONEST - HATEFUL HUMAN BEINGS

I have never felt compelled to fill anything out online until my dealings with tucker albin & associates. This is the most unprofessional, unethical business i have ever come in contact with. Absolutely stay clear! This business is run by lying cheating individuals who trick you into what they call an agreement. They use terroristic tactics to try and make you feel like you are in the wrong. Excuse me tucker albin, you contacted me to perform a service of collection on behalf on my company - i am your customer!!!

Here is their method of operation, they ask you information over the phone on who owes you money - they look them up in their supposed system, they tell you that if you do not act right now you will never get your money! Just by telling them over the phone a little bit of information about the person or company that owes you money, tucker albin would like to state that your are now in a binding agreement with them and they will now come after you if you do not follow their terroristic tactics.

They will call you every few minutes playing games, telling you lies, yelling and screaming at you, insulting you and then... It ends with them hanging up on you!

Shame on tucker albin, they should not be in business treating their customer in such a manner. Look at all of the complaints out there againt this company, run do not walk away from them. If they call, hang up, do not use their services for debt collection. I followed the advice of another person posting on this site, i filed a complaint with the dallas bbb, texas attorney general, and the federal trade commission. I have never felt so violated as i did by this company!
